i just want to ask something
i was asked by my previous company to resign because i committed a specific violence to their company policy
and they also told me that i have to pay the training bond amounting to 100 thousand pesos
but i cannot afford to pay for it since i am now unemployed.
they told me that if i will not pay the bond they will not give me a clearance.
now i passed and will soon to be hired by a new company, ang concern ko po ay hndi ko sana i-dedeclare ung previuos company ko. ang problem kasi ung unang company na inalisan ko was my first job.
makakaapekto po ba ito sa pagkuha ko sa BIR ?
pano po ba ang mga gagawin kong hakbang para makakuha ng form sa BIR without declaring the previuos company ?
