Arresto Menor

Good day po, nagtratrabaho ako bilang contractual employee sa isang Government agency on No Work, No Pay basis, covered din ba ako ng Phil. Labor Code, Chapter III, Holidays, SIL and Service Charges? kasi tuwing holiday kinakaltas nila sa sahod ko. at sabi ng attorney sa office namin, di kami sakop sa labor code kasi gov't employe kami.


2nd question po, kinakaltasan kami ng tax, hndi nman kinuha TIN number namin? legal po ba un?
