Is it illegal getting a sample for DNA paternity test without mothers consent???

illegal po ba ang pag kuha ng sample para sa DNA paternity test sa anak ko ng hindi ko po nalalaman?? 3 months pa lang po ang baby ko at nalaman ko na na pa DNA sya ng hindi ko alam.. ang kasunduan namin ng nka buntis skin if ever na iDNA dapat mag kakaharap kame pero nilihim nya.. ngayon pina DNA nila ng hindi ko alam at ndi ko din alam kung pano na kuhaan ng sample ngayon ang lumabas DAW nag result eh negative.. hindi po kame kasal at ndi naman po ako humihingi ng suporta s knila tahimik kame at hindi namin sila inoobliga at wala din po kmeng natatanggap gling sa knila. meron po ba ako pwede ikaso sa kanila?

afaik, there are only 4 credible dna labs in the philippines, and in all cases, they require the mother's consent, else a court order is required.

you are not obligated to recognize that dna test; for all we know the biological sample tested was not taken from your child.

he is still required to provide support if he previously signed the birth certificate.

paano po un wala pong consent ko, can i make some legal actions? anu anu po ba ung 4 na labs na credible? hindi naman po namin siya hinihingan ng support at hindi po namin nilagay ang name nya dun sa b.cert nga anak ko. if he demand na ulitin ang test ng harap harapan then ayaw kong pumayag pwede po ba un? kase may nabasa po ako na once mapatunayan na anak po nya to magkakaron po sya ng karapatan sa bata sa ayaw at sa gusto ko.. which is ayoko mngyri dhil sa ginawa nya skin at sa bata na pinipilit nyang ipalaglag ko dti,.

if the result was negative, meaning he is not the father, then there is nothing he can do. he didn't sign the birth cert also so he has no rights.

what evidence do you have that he actually took a sample and conducted a test?

actually sir hindi ko po alam talaga kung totoo ung DNA na sinasbi nila kse po ni hindi po nila pinapakita skin ung result nalaman ko n lang po na gnun dhil un ang kinakalat ng family nya at panay ang parinig sa social networking site though ndi naman po sinasabi yung mismong pangalan ko.. masakit po para sa akin na bilang nanay ng bata na kung anu anu nababasa ko na mga sinasbi ng family nya like "kawawa naman yung bata hindi alam kung sino ang tatay" and they also accused me na "bitch" at kung anu anu pang kabastusan na sinasabi.
