hi,

i'm currently employed for less than yer. i signed contract before i started. upon regularization, i haven't signed ny contract. i'd like to resign as a staff nd already gve my resignation letter last Jan. 10, 2013 and will take effect tomorrow Jan. 29,2013. they wanted me to stay for 30 days but im really decided to leave the company by tomorrow. I need Certificate of Employment to be use as a requirement by the new employer. Do they have the right not to issue a COE?

Yes, in the labor code, you have to tender 30 days.
