Magandang araw po, tatanong ko lang po bakit hindi pumapayag ang Bahay Financial Services na ibenta ang foreclosed property sa kamag-anak. Yung tatay ko po kasi yung original borrower. Gusto ko po sanang bilhin yung bahay thru Pag-ibig housing Loan, ok naman po sa Pag-ibig na bilhin ko kaso po ayaw po ng Bahay Financial Services kasi anak niya po ako, pero kung ibang tao ang bibili pwede. Meron po bang batas na nagbabawal sa amin na bawal bilhin yun. Ang dami po kasing bad feedback about Bahay Financial Services. Especially yung napagkasunduang presyo ay tumataas at hindi siya fixed. Nakakatakot maglabas ng pera pag di naman sila tumutupad sa end of deal nila.
