I decided to resign na po sa company na pinapasukan ko right now. I already gave my resignation letter last dec. They approved it already dec. 27. Ang reason ko po kung bakit ako aalis is babalik po ako sa schol to continue my studies into Bachelor degree, pero unfortunately hindi po ako makakapagaral at magwowork na po muna ako. Pwede po ba ako kasuhan ng employer ko nun? Iba daw po kase yung reason na sinabi ko. Thank you po.

I followed the rule na 30 days notice po kapag nagfile ng resignation. Actually, im not regular employee po. 4 months palang po ako sa company nila. After they approved my resignation they told me na i can leave by the end of january. Pero parang naghesitate po sila kase iba ka daw po yung reason na sinabi ko kung bakit ako aalis. Pwede po ba ako makasuhan don dahil sa naiba po yung reason ko kung bakit ako aalis?

Nope.. the fact that you filed your resignation letter is good enough. Sometimes reasons and circumstances change before you resign and after you resign.

For me, whenever I decided to resign, I just put "personal reasons".

kahit walang reason pwede ka mag resign basta you render 30 days notice.. wala na sila paki alam sa dahilan..

Okay po. Thank you sooooo much! Atleast kampante na ako ngayon. Fresh grad po kase ako tapos wala pang experience, di pa masyado aware sa mga rights ko as an employee. Smile

pano po kaya yung case ko nagresign ako before the effectivity of my employment pero the nun who is the directress told me that she file for cancellation of my license, eh May pa effectivity ng employment ko and nagpasa na ako ng resignation letter at nagkausap na kame ng personal and 5 days after ki magsigned nagfile ako ng resignation,
May right ba yung school na pigilan akong magwork sa ibang school at ipancancel yung license ko? please help me

nag-resign na po ang empleyado ko yet nagreklamo pa sya sa DOLE for being underpaid... dapat pa ba ung i-honor ng DOLE since resigned na sya sakin???
