hello po, ask ko lang po itong tanung na ito.. ganito po ung scenario: Corporation A has its chairman, si Mr. Cruz, hinire po nya ung kaybgan nyang si Atty. Caronan na magrepresent sa kanya sa mga Business transactions, later, na-sued ang Corp A ng isang galit na customer, si Pedro, Is it proper po ba na i-represent ni Atty. Caronan Ang corporation samantalang kapatid niya si Pedro??
