Good Day.. is it right na gawing broken pay daw ang ibibigay imbes na separation kc nalugi daw ung company pero d nmn ngsara ibinenta nila ung company sa iba at papalitan lang is ung name ng company. last sept 2012 cla ngsimula ng transition pero last oct 2012 eh iba na ang ngmamanage ng company.. ang sabi smin nung una eh ibibigay daw nila smin ung 1/2 salary x yrs of service pero n2ng mga nkaraan eh iniba na daw ggwin nlang daw broken pay na parang 1/4 salary x yrs of services.. tama po ba un? salamat mga sir

sorry sir.. mali pla.. ndi broken pay, Talk n Pay nlang daw mangyayari.. ndi na separation daw ang ibibigay saming mga employee... so imbes na 1 month o 1/2 month salary eh kung mgakano nlang ang mapagusapan, kso ang offer nila eh parang Php 1,500 x years of service lang tpos ang sabi pa eh alam na daw ng mga atty. nila at kung my problem pa eh sa husgado na daw magkita.. tama ba un? karamihan smin 5-6 years na sa company kaya parang dehado kami.. tnx

kung talagang nalugi ang kumpanya.. at wala nang mapagpagkuhanan.. walang assets.. etc.. eh kung magkano na lang ibigay nang kumpanya.. at least may mabibigay pa.. yung ibang talagang walang wala na.. wala nang maibigay..

may bago ng may ari sir ung company.. ibinenta nung lumang may ari last year.. bale under new management na kami tpos papalitan na ung name ng dating company..
