sole custody for my kid..

Im married and we have a kid..nahuli ko yung asawa ko na may mistress through text and some here says. other' are texting me na nagsasabi na nakita yung asawa ko na kasama yung gurl somewhere, some personal messages from people i dont know. i also got some screen shots of a conversation of the gurl with her friends about sex/intercourse (pero na tern is like "dilig") posted in a social networking site kung saan na-include dun yung name ng asawa k. he is responible enough naman sa anak namin yung nga lang mukhang hindi pa rin sya tumutigil dun sa gurl na yun. if i will file a Sole custody for my daughter is there any other things that i need to do to win this case?

i recommend you gather more evidence. are you still living together?

sayang lang ang oras at pera mo sa custody battle. wawa pa ung kid. pagusapan nio na lang mag-asawa

attyLL ;we dont live together..madalang sya umuwe dito since he found out that i will be filing a case of bigamy and planning to have a sole custody for my kid.

what type of evidence do i need to prove na sila pa tlga?
