Hi Sir :

What can we do to correct this problem, DFA does not want to accept my wife's NSO Birth Certificate because her middle name was initialized. Example, my wife middle name is cruz, but indicated in the BC is only C, What can we do about this?
Also, her birth place is Leyte, can we process it here in manila ?

Please help and hoping for your immediate response.
