Hello po atty.
Last march 2012 po ay bumili kami ng surplus carry van sa philtruck auto ventures but they never gave us our original OR CR. We always remind them but seems like they have no plan of processing it to transfer in my name. Mag one year na po pero still wala pa rin ang OR CR namin. Malapit na rin po ang renewal of registration namin pero how would we do that if hindi pa rin naitransfer sa name ko po? Is there any legal thing we can do to force them to give our papers? Please help us atty. We really need legal advice from you.
