Pls. need for legal and Moral Advice...

I am now having a perflex mind between my work...

I am now working as a system admin in a Local government...with basic net pay

My Husband incouraged me to take the position of his co-employee which only having a maternity leave and it almost 45 days...

She applied for me for that position as a reliever...

I'd tried to work on it only in one day...but i don't feel working on there...

Question:

Once i refused to work on there, is there any grounds for my husband to say something stupid for me?

He always says that i have someone whos i don't want to leave in my work...

Do i really need to do what my husband said to me? or to work with?

Pls. need some legal advice...

As a wife to your husband. try to do the things na gusto nya na gawin mo. but still as respect lng yun sa kanya bilang asawa mo kya mo yun gagawin? but... he actualy dont have the rights para digtahan ka ng dapat mo gawin. kya lng? karaniwan na yan dahil likas sa ilang mga lalake ang pagiging dominante. but in your case. weder legal or moral advice pa man? simple lng yan.. lahat tayo ay kinalooban ng sariling pag iisip. gamitin ito ng ayun s akagustuhan natin at hndi ayun s akagustuhan ng iba. wag mong pilitin ang sarili mong gawin ang isang bagay na alam mo namang hndi mo nais. para saan pa at nag karon tayo ng sariling isipan kung hahayan nating ibang tao ang mag didigta ng dpt nating gawin at dpt nating piliin? in a very nice way na alam mo at kayamo? kausapin mo asawa mo. tel him na mas alam mo sa sarili mo kung ano ang tama sayo at ano ang kaya mo. dahil sarili mo yan at wlang nakaka kilala kundi ikaw mismo. anyway.. misunderstanding lng yan s apagitan nyong 2 which is maybe he just want too raise you or be involv in a dif thing for you to exel or learn things. or maybe din interesado sya sa bagay na yun para sau? but stil. sa ganyang senaryo. gamitin ng mag katuwang ang puso at isipan. at ikaw mismo makaka sagot sa mga katanungan mo. and about the grounds for him to say bad words sau? well kahit asawa mo pa yan wla syang karapatan sa kahit na anong masamang salita laban sayo. pag fumalag pa at ipinilit ang nais nya? sabihin mo ganto..

apag ipinilit nya ang sinsabi nya na meron kng hindi maiwan sa trabaho mo kung kaya ayaw mo na sya ang maka sama mo sa tarbaho? sabihin mo. ganto... ka ofcmate mo kc si coco martin at ayaw mo sa kanya na mukang nata de coco:) aayyiiee!! char

or bka naman kasiii.. meron ka nga talaga na di maiwan s aofc mo? ahihihihi.. at gumaganon? ahahaha

Meron po talaga ayun ay ang trabaho q...masaya po ako sa trabaho ko as of now isa po akong system admin at marami ang humahanga at natutuwa sakin...marami rin po akong natutulungan at napapasaya...

Regardless of the salary...
Mas malaki po ang salary dun sa trabaho ng asawa ko...pero as a reliever hindi ko po kayang ipagpalit ang 3yrs contract ko dito sa government na pinapasukan ko...

Base po kasi sa interview ng Boss nya 45 days lang ang leave nung staff nilang manganganak...

Depende daw po kung magpapa-extend pa sya...

Edi napakasayang naman po diba ng trabaho ko...

yeah may punto ka teh:) minsan hndi pinag uusapan dito ang laki ng kinikita,, ang importante eh gusto mo ginagawa mo at masaya ka dito. pero kung pagiging praktikal ang pag uusapan? eh dun kna s amalaki kita kahit di ka masaya. pero if ganyan nga na sabi mo madami humahanagn sau sa curent work mo? well. simple lng yan teh. kya pla ayaw mo dun umalis. kasi humahaba ang hair mo don? aayyiiee!!

kung hindi ka masaya sa isang bagay na ipinagagawa sa iyo, bakit ka susunod?

I will just echo what the other has said no one can force you to do the things that you don't like or not comfotable with BUT I have read your other posts, I hope that you're not just making an excuse about this "work thing" so you can run away from your husband.

anyway, whatever it is the best thing is to openly discuss it with your husband. also think about your kids.

just my two cents.

No...it is that about "work thing" my other post is all about what his doing...theres a lot of things he had done...that's so embarrassing and insulting of my whole personality...
