Greetings!
Can i ask some legal advices regarding my contract.. i signed an employment contract in a private institution as PART TIME Employee for 6 mos... a month after i decided to quit and i file a letter of resignation to the HR Personnel... And thereafter the effectivity of my resignation i plan to work again to other institution but as FULL TIME in a private institution... Can I still be liable to BREECH OF CONTRACT even though i submit a resignation letter received by HRMO but the agency does not reply with my letter?
What if they will demand for damages (money) for my resignation... is this justifiable even though it is not clearly stated in the contract?
As part time employee... i have the right to have another part time job ryt? our HR does not permit us to do it...She told me i will be sued for violation.... can i ask what charges?
Pls help me coz i was bothered now...
