Arresto Menor

I have a tutorial center business and one of my staff who's staying inside the center caught by my cousin brought a guy inside her room after her work and someone told me that it's been month that my staff started to bring that guy in her room. The girl is already married with 2 children. Now I just want to know if there is a violation they committed against us? I am not allowing my staff to bring a guy inside her room aside from her family and her husband/wife if in case that they're married.
