Arresto Menor

Good day! I am leasing a lot for 10 years now, during my 5th year of lease, I had constructed a commercial structure on the lot. Now that my contract is ending, the lessor is squeezing my neck, in short he wants me out right away for him to own the building. Can I sue him for a civil case? I haven't gotten back my investment yet from the commercial structure. Or will the ownership of the building go the the lessor right away? Thanks in advance.

Look again in your contract of lease with respect to IMPROVEMENTS made by the lessee, the terms and conditions therein SHOULD PREVAIL.
