hi! i need an advice about my parents marriage certificate.we had the nso birth certificate of my father and his birthdate was nov 28 1970 while my mom was june 5, 1973. a week ago, we had their marriage certificate and found out that my father's birthdate indicated was nov 28 1969 and to my mom was june 5, 1972. according to them they really change their birthyear because my mom was only 17 when they got married so they need to add a year for them to be married. is their marriage null and void? how will they correct it? thank you and God bless!
