Hi there,

I have a topic that I'd like to share. I was terminated by my online job employer and I wasn't paid for the work I've done and the website from where I was hired had a guarantee but it seems they will not cover me and shoulder my pay.

Need an expert's help

Thank you

It's the anti-cybercrime law rather.

My case may seem ordinary but this is rather very "juicy" indeed.
A topic that may someday help other decent hardworking filipino's out there from being taken advantage of in the future.

I consider this matter quite "sensitive" so If anyone is interested to help please add me as a friend on FB so we can have a personal chat.
If there's anyone willing then I'll post my FB name... so we can...

Hello po. Is it covered by the cybercrime law if you post a status message in your Facebook account without even mentioning name but somehow irked a person and made her furious about it?
Another thing, is is covered by the cybercrime law yung kinokopya mo yung file ng isang tao patungo sa USB flash drive na walang permiso?
Need helpand an expert advise po. Thank you.

the first, i do not believe so unless the person attributed can be identified.

the second imo can be considered theft
