please help me poh,,,i need a legal advice regarding s house and lot n binibili namin..pag ktpos nmn mkpagbigay ng pera s may ari ng binibilan nmn n haus en lot pampaasikaso ng mga docoments dahil plano nmn ang way ng pagbbyad is thru bank loan...we wait until 2years pra mtpos ung mga documents then 1 day mllman n lng nmn n nabenta n pla cya s ibang tao and hindi nla binalik ung advance money n binigay nmn s knila until now...sana poh m2lungan nyo poh kmi for how we get our money back plsssss,,,,
