i had my car shipped from zamboanga city to cebu city via dumaguete city by boat but it did not reach the destination for the boat had problems due to the captains error in docking the boat at dumaguete city coupled with bad weather. the problem lies in that i can't even pull out my car here in dumaguete city, not my destination, for the ship still can't dock. my expenses in staying and waiting are rising. HOW CAN I BE COMPENSATED BY LAW BY THE ERRING SHIPPING COMPANY? PLEASEADVISE OF THE LEGAL REMEDIES I CAN AVAIL UNDER PHILIPPINE LAW. HELP HELP
