Hi what are the requirements in selling my truck?
All documents is under my name, however the original CR is with erasure already originally it was "utility vehicle" but was snow painted into "truck" now, would that affect the selling?
Would the notary public fee be a percentage of the selling amount? If that's the case i'm planning to lower the figure on paper than the actual selling just to save.
Who'll shoulder the expenses for the deed of sale seller or buyer?
What are the documents I need to submit to the buyer in order for the ownership to be in their name already?
