Philippine Business Law is a very broad field. you need to be specific if you want to get what you are looking for.

as you may know, there are various areas of discipline under business law. iba iba iyon. anong area ba sa business law ang gusto mo ma address ng business lawyer mo. taxation ba?( for me, nasali na ang tax sa business law in practice)? corporation law? real estate? banking laws? credit transactions? partnership, agency? or those which deals with investments from abroad like capital repatriation, securing an income tax holidays and other tax/financial incentives from the BOI for peza-registered entities or those included under the Investment Priority Program of the BOI. or any other matters pertaining to investments of foreigners ?

another thing to consider is your financial capacity. if you can afford paying the services of the top calibers in the field of business, perhaps you can hire the services of Punongbayan and araullo, SGV, Tacandong and Reyes, Atty. Du-Balladad, ACCRA, Romulo Mabanta Etc. and others.

You may notice that i mentioned accounting firms in my list. As you may know, these accounting firms have lawyers in their employ precisely to address both the accounting and legal needs of their respective clients.

lastly, you need to consider also the accessibility of these lawyers. you may inquire from them if they have branches in the place where your principal office is located. you may need a lawyer during the most unexpected moments in your business operation.

I need someone who knows internet business or online business in terms of registration/licensing, etc. I need some guidelines on how to go about the process. The taxation law on this kind of business.

I just want to make sure we are compliant with the governing laws.

Is there a list or a telephone or website directory of attorneys that I can possibly search from? I would prefer someone from Metro Manila.

i dont know anybody from manila. perhaps , you could also ask the other members of this forum especially those who are residents of Manila.

my word of advice for you is you look for advices from close friends. ask for referrals from them. the quality of the services of the lawyers will be best measured by those who have experienced their legal services- the clients of the said lawyers.

do not look for lawyers through the directory or telephone book. it will not help you in the long run.
