Good day po atty. kelangan ko po ng tulong nyo ang bf ko po nung 18yrs.old po sya napikot sya naobliga sya panaguatn un babae kahit nde nya naman po anak un bata tas nagkaruon po ng kasal kasalan ni wala po silang pinirmahan na marriage certificate o any document nagsama po sila ng ilang buwan pero after manganak nung girl iniwan na lang nya un bf ko ng walang pasabi 4yrs.n po silang walang communication..then now po may balak na po kami magpakasal sa jugde tanong ko lang po magiging valid po ba ito kapag nagpakasal po kami..please paki bigyan naman po ako ng advice please po..

sure kang walang marriage cert? kung sure ka, then the law applicable is... go to the world and multiply and replenish the earth and subdue it (Genesis,xxx)

if they were validly married or he acknowledged the child by signing the birth certificate, then the child has the right to bear his surname.
