Hello attorneys, is it lawful na ang pagbabayad sa aming retrenchment pay ay gawing monthly/bimonthly after two months of being delayed, whereas sa pinirmahan naming retrenchment agreement na 16 to 30 days from the effective date of retrenchment. thank you po

this is just a comment from an employee perspective, assuming the reason for retrenchment us due to cash flow, on my opinion you should also be considerate to your employer. This way you will not burn bridge with them.

Try to look at the positive side of the situation of not burning the money right away if they are already on your hands, you cant do much so why stress your self. Try to be optimistic.
