I really need your advice, its not for me its for my aunt... The story is like this, My aunt has two kids and his husband is in the US for a couple of yrs and he died and his last burried is today, But before he died he process the petition for my aunt and their kids, a day before yesterday they went to US embassy for interview for the flight to US this week but its sad to say its denied... The problem is that when she was interviewed, she didnt response automatically maybe lack of english grammar. What advice you can give to me so i can talk to her as soon as i can? One thing more they are not married but they have kids his husband is also a Filipino, as of now the siblings of his husband who are now helping for some documents for them in the US... and she wants to go to US with their kids to see for his husband for the last moment. Please do tell me what she will do...?
