Purchase of Car with pending Case

Hi, I would jujst like to seek legal advise prior filing a case- I bought a car last Feb 2012 from a buy and sell who owns a shop along Pasay. They provided me with the necessary documents ( OR and CR) and I was managed to have the LTO renewed last June 2012 with out any issues. This month, I received a complaint that the car was actually carnapped with alarm noticed since Aug 2011. After the investigation, it was identified that the car has 2 CR/OR with with 2 deeds of Sale done by the original owner. The first sale was closed with complainant and 2nd sale was done with the buy and sell agent. For some reason, the original vendor managed to get hold of the car and sold the car to a buy and sell agent. The complainant agreed not to pursue her case against me for anti-fencing provided I return the car. I am willing to do it, however, my question is what case can I file against the seller who sold me the car? Can I also file anti-fencing case against him aside from estafa? Please advise

Please ask the court to declare the sale as 'rescisible'. In this wise, you may ask for the restitution and damages and plus recovery of all of the expenses incurred.
