ANO PONG HABOL NAMIN SA LUPA? WALA PONG RELOCATION SITE PARA SAMIN NI HINDI PO NILA BABAYRAN MGA BAHAY NMIN.MAY KARAPATAN PO BA KAMI SA LUPA EVEN THOUGH WALA POH KMING MGA DOCUMENTS.ANU PO UNG MAARI NAMIN GAWIN OR ANY ACTION PARA HINDI POH KMI TULUYAN MAPAALIS SAMIN.

I symphatize with you but under the law the school has the better title over the parcel of land. Kasi sa batas natin pag may TCT or OCT sila, it is indefeasible meaning hindi na po tayong pedeng humabol. They can file an ejectment anytime.

You are a builder in good faith, in case of ejectment you have the right to recover expenses you incurred in building your house, improvement. Those that are just necessary expensees.

You can ask PAG-IBIG for any house loan. I think they have something for you.
