I found out that my husband is having an affair with someone after being separated for 2months only, can i file a case against them? What case? I have pictures of them together and even the itinerary of a trip to new york a month ago. I happen to open his account and save all their conversation and pictures. My husband is asking for annulment and told me that he will just give my money if i sign the papers and promise not to appear on court. Whats the best thing to do?

those evidences you found will be likely considered inadmissible because they were acquired through a violation of privacy of communication.
you are still entitled to support and the conjugal assets.
if you don't want an annulment, or just want to, you can oppose the annulment and it will take a decade before he can get free to marry his mistress.

anu anong evidence ang pwedeng gamitin laban sakin?
