Recently, someone just threatened me that shes gonna file a libel case against me because someone just forwarded her a message containing the conversation i had with a friend who's just seeking for a comfort because she was being harassed in fb by the one who had threatened me. Well its just a conversation between my friend and I. which she then forwarded to her x na cause po ng pnghaharass sa kanya. That statement was not intended to be posted publicly naman po. Is there any possibility that it could also be consider as a libel?

when he files his case, argue that this is under the suspended cyber crime law, that it was a private, not published message, and that you were no the one who made it public
