Arresto Menor

Attorney, I would like to ask an advise from you. I was previously working as warehouse clerk in phils.when i got a good offer in abroad and my employer got to know about it they immediately filed case against me for "QUALIFIED THEFT" claiming that i took goods such as sacks of flour,canned goods.etc. worth of 160thousand pesos. I got to know from my mom that there was already warrant of arrest for me. I cannot do my move since im out of country though i have documents with me reconcilations of inventory to prove that all accusations are not true. What would be the best thing for my to do? Please help. Thank you.
