Question po, may purchase order po ako sa isang supplier.
Since hindi po nila ito madeliver dun sa expected date ko kinancel ko.

But, the problem is they proceed on cutting it already.

And now they are asking me to pay them. Kase daw po na-cut na nila.
Cancellation was thru phone only.

Walang downpayment. Am I Oblige to pay?

the question here is whether it was clear to the parties that the delivery was time sensitive. eg, a wedding dress versus regular pants

It was indicated on the PO that it should be delivered. ASAP. But no exact date.
