Hi! I already have 2 children with my partner ( married but not living with wife anymore; separated already). His wife is demanding for financial support of their child but both parties admitted that they are not the biological parents of the child. The child is considered legitimate due to marriage.
His ex wife already sent us a demand letter reg this one.
Can my partner refuse to give financial support? Do my children have more rights with their father since my partner is reallythe true and biological father ( also acknowledged paternity in bc).
