good afternoon po... ask ko lang what happens if i borrowed money and my land was the collateral if i will not be able to pay, can the person that i owe money with use the paper that i signed as the deed of sale? also the 15 days stated in the letter ends today, if i will not be able to pay today, can i do it on monday? what possible actions are they going to file against me? and what can i do as a response if i can actually pay on monday?
