ganito poh. my parents bought a partial of land which is the land of my grandparents three years ago and it happens that my mother's brother lives at the back for a long time, due to this they are claiming a portion of the lot for their passage. Do they have the right to claim this portion of land since we have all the documents and the transfer certificate of title. they also had an agreement that my parents will allow them to use the passage, but they insist on claiming that they owned that piece of land.
