Changing my twin boys Middle Name

Dear Atty.,

Greetings!

Would like to ask how can i change my twin boys (9months now) Middle name? I was married with an Egyptian, he is a muslim i dont know how did he convince me to removed my surname and put his name instead. He told me it is important for applying egyptian passport. They already have Philippine passport.

Mother's F. Name': Catherine (myname)
Middle Name: Dela Cruz
Last Name: Shaban

Father's F. NAme: Yousef
Middle Name: Abdel Khalek Aly
Last Name: Shaban

First Name: Adam
Middle Name: Yousef Abdel Khalek
Last Name: Shaban

First Name: Daniel
Middle Name: Yousef Abdel Khalek
Last Name: Shaban

What will i do Atty., I was advised to again file a late registration of their BC so i can change their middle name into Dela Cruz, What will be the effect of this? Also can i still maintain their first BC having MN of Yousef Abdel Khalek.

Hoping you could advice me on this.
