Hi sir,

ask ko lang po kung anu ang procedure na dapat gawin, first sa isang birth certificate my 2 names po twin po sila pinagsama sa isang birth certificate. mali din po ang gender and month of birth. anu po dapat gawin.. legal po ba kung gagawin nalang late registration para mapalitan po ung date at gender at para na din po mapaghiwalay yung birth certificate?
