"HIT" on my NBI Clearance

Hi everyone. i got involved in a shoplifting incident last year. I filed for clearance, nagka-hit. But i was issued the clearance on the day na pinabalik ako. No derogatory record ang nakalagay sa remarks section. Am i really cleared? May kaso b ako n d ko alam? Please help... Thank you in advance

Hello, just wanna ask if ang police blotter ba mag aappear sa nbi record? Or could it be the reason na na - hit ka?

2 months ago someone said pina blotter daw nya ako. He' s accusing me na kinidnap ko daw mga anak nya. Lumayas mga anak nya kasi (1) yung 14 year old may black eye tinaponan nya ng plato sa mukha. (2) yung bunso pinapatabi nya sa kanya kasama barkada nya at lasing sila pareho. Pinatakas sila ng mother nila baka kasi ano pang mangyari. He's asking for help saken para mahanap kids nya then i turned him down kasi kung iisipin mo kawawa naman yung mga bata. Kasama ko kasi sa bahay nagrerent ang kuya nila na 18 years old kaya sa bahay sila pumunta at pinsan ko sila. So, ako ang pinag initan ng tatay nila. Yung mga bata mismo ang umalis sa probinsya na yun para makalayo sa tatay nila. Sabe kasi ng mama nila antayin lumabas ang papers for legal guardian bago ipaalam kung nasan ang mga bata kasi natatakot mama nila na kunin nalang sila. Lasengero kasi ang tatay at ofw ang nanay. Sa ngayon nasa auntie na nila ang mga bata.

Pwede ba akong ipablotter kahit walang proof ng kidnapping?
Mag aappear ba sa nbi ang police blotter?
Pag maclear ko na name ko sa blotter na yan mag aappear pa ba yan sa criminal record part ng nbi ?
Yung part na dapat nakalagay no criminal record
o nanjan na yan kahit clear ka?

Please help.

Ano pong gain ko Laoag no criminal record ang remarks ng nbi ko? Ayaw KC tanggapin ng new Zealand embassy work application visa ko dahil sa remarks ng nbi ko, salamat kailangan ko talaga ng sagot Kung may magagawa pa ba ako,tnx

you have to ask the new zealand embassy. no criminal record means at one time, you did have a criminal record. try to explain what happened with proof of the truth of what you are saying.

Opo meron po akong kasong Na dismiss last 2004 pa po, Hindi po ba can pwd mawala o madelete or mahide for employment purpose po? Salamat

May paraan pa po ba yan? Salamat po

try to get a copy of the court records, but it will be up to the embassy if they will allow it.

High chance that case against you was not filed. Hehe shoplifting that's novel. I was told that everybody who appl8ed for the first time under the new system had a hit. Mine had a hit but was clear.

If you want to doublecheck get a clearanceat the place where you did you deed. MTC RTC and OCP

Hi po. Sa same city po ako kumuha ng clearance for nbi. Should i get from the police po? Pls advise. Thanks

Last 2015 i applied for nbi clearance and i got a no hit result. But i just applied yesterday and got a hit? Does it mean that there is a case filed against me? I am a little worried. Please help.

Hi, nakita ko 'tong forum regarding your declined nz work visa because of the No Criminal Record remark.
Any updates on your application? Was it resolved and get an approved nz work visa? We are having the issue as my husband had also No Criminal Record (Case regarding Car accident year 1999 or 2000, no serious injury but both parties ayaw admit ang fault that's why nagkaroon ng case. Case dismissed year 2010 and my husband get a No derogatory record remark in 2010 but now 2017 kelangan ulit namin ng Nbi... the remark is No Criminal Record.

Please update what happened in your case for your NZ visa.

hello po nagaaply po ako ng nbi clearance ngaun. ang sabi po skin ng staff ng nbi may hit po ako ano po ibig sabihin ng may hit? naalala ko po meron po akong credit card na hinde nabayaran. baka yun po ang dahilan. need advise

Good day po, May qustion po ako, yung Mother ko po Kumuha ng NBI knina, kaya lang pinapabalik cya kasi may HIT daw po, naalala ko po yung unpaid Loan ko dati sa isang LOAN AGENCY di ko po na settle kasi nagkasikt po ako until now ala pa po akong work..possible po ba na dahil yun doon? And makaka kuha pa po ba cya ng Clearance? Thank you po..Godbless..

Just want to ask you advice i went to nbi mandaluyong and was Tag HIT in nbi the ladybtold me to gi back in 2 weeks when ask her why ibwas tag HIy she said Na Bk me kaso kanor me koangalan ka..I was shocked and think of things that i might have done wrong

1. I have a CC debt i wasnt able to pay then up when i lost my job do the point that they have referred my utang to the collection agency they have send many letter thraten me and my family they even tried to call my employer that time i wasnt able to inform them of change of address dahil sa sobrang inis ko sa ginagawa nila saakin then suddenly they have stop bothering my employer i did not received any sub peona or stleast none thatvi know?? I did not issue any cheque

2. I was also involed on a shoplifting incedent they have interogated on the head of securities office they get all my info name address but in did not remember taking a picture of me they have me paid all the items however that time they are asking for 3x of the value and i olny have 400 pesos on my pocket i paid what ever i have the item bt the way as i rememebered i less than 500 the security have me sign statement and advise na gusto kita pagbiyan muka ka namang mabait na tao and they let me go i was not brought to any police station i am really ashmed of what i have done up to now

3. I was terminated on my previous work bec. they caught me sleeping while in duty we had a HR hesrinf and i attended all the hearings resolution is termination i wasnt able to file my clearances bec sa sobrang inis sa result few months later they while they are computing my last pay they have send me a demand letter that i owe them the sum 9k i did not have any salary loan on their company ang they have treminated me as well i am thinking that this is the expensive headset that they have issued bec. i was not able to file my clearances they have threten me that they will file a legal case including civil case agaisnt me to recover the amount they think i owe

so thats my story attyLLL i am really downhearted and bothered now, i am planning to gonto the main office to have it check once and for all but i am afraid na baka meron akong kaso bec of what happend on the above please shed some light on what to do thank you for your time and more power

According to the police, a police blotter will Not show in a NBI clearance. It will only show if there is a lawsuit filed against you.

hello mam/ser may hit aqu s n.b.i kaya gusto ko sana pumunta s main kaso kinakabahan aqu kasi my warrant n po ako.. nag kawarrant aqu kasi dame ko absent s hearing n kala ko tapos nah at wala nman update o subpena n dumadating smen, kasalanan ko dn kasi hnd aqu pumunta s court para malaman ang update hearing gawa ng wala ko pera at trabaho nun, kinausap n ko n atty n gawa n ko ng paraan s piyansa para makaantend s hearing kaso wala gustu tumulong sken n mga kamag anak ko s abroad n babayaran ko nmn ng hulugan pag ngkatrabaho n ko.. 11yrs n po kasi ang case namin n papa about s drugs po ang case n nag karaid s bahay namin n kala nila gumagamit kami, tulog lng po kame at ang ni raid dn yung naka upa smen.. c papa deceased n po kaya aqu nlng mag isa at mga iba n nadamay lng s raid s lugar namin meaning sona daw po yun tawag.. tanung ko po madadampot po b aqu agd kng aminin ko s quality control n may warrant n ko? gustu ko n po makapgtrabaho n at makaipon ng pang piyansa para makaatend n ko s hearing.. minsan napapaisip n ko sumuko nlng s pao atty ko kasi wala nmn gustu tumulong saken at wala cila mga kamag anak ko n babayaran ko nmn cila.. gusto ko n po malinis ang pangalan ko at makapgtrabaho abroad.. ano po dapat ko gawin? atty bgyan mo ko payo salamat po godbless.ricky po etu

go to nbi, very unlikely they'd arrest you, but if you have a case they will tell you which court it is pending

Hello po, may tanong po sna ako kc my case po ako 12 yrs ago na po yta ,pero naareglo pp ng family nmin.pero na recievecpa din po ako ng subpeana isang beses po ,then kumuha po ako ng nbi at ang sbi ppnta dw po ako ng qc sa un dhil may kaso dw po ako ,panu po ngyre un eh naareglo nmn po at anu po dapt gwin .salamat po sa makakasagot.
