Arresto Menor

i recently filed an administrative case at PNP Internal Affairs Service against my husband for RA 9262.. would I concede my husband's request for me to reconsider and not pursue the complaint? would an affidavit of desistance be enough if ever decide not to? am confused.. i still hurt so much inside

it seems that your problem is not really a legal one. if you decide to desist, then an affidavit may be sufficient though you may be asked to affirm it personally at internal affairs.
