Hi! I'm setting up an online directory website where names, addresses and phone numbers of people will be displayed without their consent. I am planning to just post a disclaimer stating that I have extracted their list from public records. My online website directory will also contain list of businesses.
My question is.. am I opening myself for a possible case of privacy violation? Need help pls.
