Dear Atty,
We have this inspector at our office who processed our Certificate.
He visited the office yearly.
Just this months he inspected the area and required us for the refill of our fire extuingishers.
He recommend a supplier where we can refill it. It was the same supplier he gave the first year we complied.
BUt the problem is the price of this supplier is times two with the other.
Because of that, we inquired and bought with the other supplier who have a reasonable price.
This inspectore got mad and he said why we did not get from the supplier he recommended.
And we explained our reason.
In short, he did not release the fire certicate because his reason was he needs to get 2% vat from the supplier where we bought the refill. He went directly to the supplier and asked for 2000 and he said its for Vat. (No 2% Vat. Its a commission of him though)
He proposed to process this requirement for us.
