Hi Sir,

My cousin stole an item worth P2,000 and na kulong ma po siya ng 1 month na before na bail po siya namin worth P10,000 and nag hearing po siya and gusto mag pa arelo yung nag sampa ng case ng worth P20,000 na wala naman po pang bayad ung cousin ko willing naman po siya magbayad 2,000 kasi un worth ng item. my next question is kung hindi nya ma settle ung hinihingi ng nag cocoplaint na 20k makukulong ba siya ulit? o anu mangyayari? please help po Smile

If your cousin would be found guilty he would be imprisoned again, bail is just a temprary release..

Theft for a property ranging from more that 200 but less that 6000, the penalty imposed by law is from 6 months 1 day to 4 years 2 months.
