Arresto Menor

My sister has a case of BP 22 but it was already dismissed March 2000, now she is applying for a Canadian work permit, will it be a ground for application for Canada visa to be denied or refused entry?

Thank you for all that could shed light with this issue.

Get the Finality of Court Decission, of the Dismissal of the Case from the Branch wer it was Dismissed. Bring along that Finality to the N.B.I when ur Sister get her N.B.I Clearance.. So she'll be Cleared. Then bring along that Finality when she Report to the Embassy for Interview. Thanks! Good Luck!
