I want to know how long will it take to obtain an Allow Departure Order from the bureau of immigration if the case against you has been closed last 2011? My partner already got a clearance from the Department of Foreign Affairs and a passport has already been issued but upon his departure he was advised by the immigration officer that he has to get a clearance from the Bureau of Immigration. He went to the immigration but was not able to get an Allow Departure Order even though all his requirements are complete including the court order and certificate of final decision. I hope you can help us. Thanks!
