Hi,is their a guidelines on construction bonds? in our subdivision, they charge the homeowners for P15K and you can only refund 10k, the 5k according to the developer is for the management fees and processing fees. 2nd, how do we define "extension"? we have a laundry area open at the back of our house and im planning to have it closed with roof. is this considered an extension already? hoping for reply and advise
