I don't know kong may pagkakamali ako kaya ginaganito ako ng ex-wife ng bf ko. (we are now 3-yrs in this relationship & he & his ex-wife had not been living together since 2005).the ex-wife started maligning me when she filed complaints against me having an illicit affair with her husband, in the private company where i am working. Actually, the problem is with the husband & ex-wife. nasasama nalang po ako sa gulo dahil nga sa girlfriend ako ng guy. nag-file naman po ng annulment si guy sa ex-wife niya but ayaw pumayag nung ex-wife. ex-wife wants me to stop my relationship with the guy but the guy is so persistent on me. we tried being discreet with our relationship but still the ex-wife, being paranoid, still continues to make rumors & false allegations on me and three times na po siya nag-complain sa office. i am afraid ung boss ko makulitan na at trabaho ko ang maapektuhan..
do i have legal responsiblity on this issue po? should i file a case against this ex-wife? what shud my move be? thanks po & more power...

i'd recommend a libel or slander case, but as long as you are having a relationship with her husband, you'll be facing troubles.
