Arresto Menor

I am on a 5 year contract and I'm on my 2nd year now.. For some personal reason, I want to resign.. Can I pass resignation even though it's not yet end of contract? Is it consider as breach of contract? The contract only says that the contract will end on ***date***.. Thank you..

Can you elaborate the details of your contract???If your contract includes money claims, you have nothing to do but to pay it.

It doesn't stated there that I need to pay an amount if I will resign and will not able to complete the 5 years. There's actually nothing there about resignation. Just the terms of termination, date of hired and expiry date of the contract.
