Termination without any Documentation / Unclear Reason

Hello I need your help and advice,


I worked as a Marketing Specialist in a company located in Ortigas Center Pasig City for almost a month. Worst is I started working in that company without even signing any job offer / contract, I feel stupid because I allowed it to happen. It was only yesterday that Im terminated again without any documentation stating the reason why they have to discontinue my employment. Our manager told me that we just have to accept the managements decision and he cant do anything about it. I was told that they have to discontinue the project that I am currently working on, in my opinion, wouldnt it be fair if you couldve informed me in advance that this will happen, Second can you terminate an employee verbally? I checked the labor law and it is clearly stated that the company already violated the laws since they havent underwent the due process before terminating or dismissing an employee. This incident happened to others as well but sad to say these people choose to just accept it and not fight for their rights anymore.

I told our manager that they cant hire and fire someone whenever they feel like it, and they dont even follow the office protocol.
