Hello I hope Someone can help me on this:

I voluntarily resigned from my former employee last May 15,2012, meaning my last day would be Last June 15,2012. According to their contract and my knowledge regarding backpay which consist of my 13th month pay and Tax Refund, I should be receiving it a month after my last day. But up to this day they have not paid me any amount yet, and whenever I ask for it, they respond to me in a very angry manner, as if I don't deserve to get it. Is there any law against it? I mean for not paying me my backpay on due time? Thank you

File a small claims at DOLE, you will sign a SENA form and mediations will prosper, there's no way na hindi nila ibibigay yung backpay mo..

The SENA form is only at DOLE? So DOLE is different from NLRC?

DOLE is an agency protecting and promoting our labor rigths, and NLRC is its legal arm. so they are just same umbrella..
