Patay na po yong asawa ko dati pero nagpakasal po ako bago siya namatay at doon po ako nagpakasal sa ibang bansa. naghihiwalay po kami 3 years na po. at di ko naman alam na legal pala yong kasal namin kasi nag pa fake marriage kami pero nag try ako kumuha ng marriage certificate namin meron sa NSO. Pwede po ba akong kasuhan? sino po ba ang magsampa sakin?

isa pang option is to check first your CENOMAR.

kung married ka at nakalagay yung dead mong husband, get DEATH CERT then go to NSO to update your civil status.

kung ang nakalagay naman sa CENOMAR ay ang present mong husband, no need to update your status.

worst nyan, baka maghabol mga dating kamag-anak nung dead mong past husband. T_T
