Arresto Menor

Hello po. I just want to know if kailangan pa po sa korte pag ipapaayos ko po ang Middle Name ko. Imbis kasi na ORTIGAS, ORTEGAS ang nakalagay.
I have been using my real middle name until now, although in my passport I have no choice but to put ORTEGAS in there. Please I need you advice po kasi need ko po sya maayos ASAP. Thank you po!

How about po kung nagkabaliktad ang first and family name? ano po dapat gawin?
