loan at almazan lending

Sir i would like to ask for some advice regarding my name appeared on CMAP. year 2002 i went at almazan lending to have a loan w/ a collateral of my land title. for some reasons i cannot paid the said principal loan but i paid the interest. after a year they gave me a documents to be signed stated that if i cannot paid the said amount the title will be forfeited. and the title was transferred to their daughter.I am so young that time and no ideas about everything..Now i want to move on, but everytime i filed a loan my application was declined due to my name on CMAP list..Sir what shall i do? i have a copy of finality from the court that the case was not pursued.But still my name was always on the list having a bad record.And it's been 7 years now me and my husband having a problem regarding this matter what can we do to erase our name on this cmap after all they taken already our land property.Everytime we present the certification of Finality the bank is ignoring it.
